300th Post

So... I've noticed that I have 300 posts up on my blog. Yay for me! I've been running this blog since late 2009, I've gotten 12,000 views so far, and nearly 10 subscribers. So yay for me. I will be celebrating with a Martini glass, coke, and a stick of cinnamon, because honestly you need something in a Martini glass that goes to waste.

(Yes, I am sparkling, and for once it isn't from sweat.)

Yes, I know technically, this is my 300th post, so technically I'm celebrating the fact that I forced a milestone, but you know what? Look at that distraction over there...

Well, it seems as though Blogger now hates all forms of social media. None of their in-house apps work and adding code to the HTML is like pulling teeth. I'd hate to move this blog, I'm approaching 10k views and I've always used Blogger.

I'm tired. I'll sort this out another day.

Apologies, Errors, and Weird Things I Do Online

Apologies to my usual readers. As it turns out, I have totally messed up the style of this website due to my teaching code to myself... so I've reverted it back to one of the Blogger templates. I guess I'll just leave it for the moment. I'm way too tired to deal with this right now.

Fun with Code

So it would seem that I have no idea how to code even the most basic HTML and in the process have managed to lose all my old settings. In the meantime please enjoy the sudden shift in blogger themes as I slowly return to old settings over the next few days.

Poetry Potion: "Never Rose" as Poem of the Week

Hey Guys

So my poem "Never Rose" (http://aplaceformypoetry.blogspot.com/2011/12/never-rose.html) was awarded Poetry Potion's first Poem of the Week (http://poetrypotion.com/poem-of-the-week-never-rose-by-charl-landsberg/).
